Security Manager Course
Course Objectives
To equip the participant with the required skills to prepare and manage
an organisation security plan with Chemical, Biological, Radiological
& Explosives components. The participant shall also be able to
manage and execute immediate action drills and evacuation procedures
to internationally accepted norms.

- The importance of a security network & Effective communications.
- Manage a security organisation.
- Develop secure systems of operation.
- Search techniques.
- To manage and plan for an incident.
- The importance of contingency planning.
- Security Plans & Evacuation plans.
- The importance of Training.
- Managing Equipment.
- Effective report writing.
- Identify and report on terrorist and criminal resources.
- Introduce the characteristics and effects of CBRN natures.
- Manage the CBRNE threat.
- The requirement for personnel protective clothing and equipment.
- CBRNE immediate action drills and on scene procedures.
- To educate participants on reporting of a CBRN incident.
